Cancellation, Return & Refund policy
Cancellation:
a) You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment of the Products is initiated. Orders cannot be canceled once the Product has been shipped.
b) In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Products, you may cancel the placed purchase order, by referencing the unique tracking identity number (which enables the User in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products) received by you from us and requesting us to process a cancellation by sending an email to Tooba Furniture Factory.
C) On receipt of the cancellation, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the Products within 7 (Seven) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you or pick up of the products, if applicable. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase. All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
d) In case of any made-to-order Product (“MTO”), a full refund will be initiated only if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Post the 24-hour period, no cancellation will be allowed.
e) The Product specific cancellation policy will be mentioned on the product listing page. The cancellation policy for third party Products will be mentioned on such Product listing page
Returns Policy - Effective Oct 10, 2022
With our return policy, we have ensured that our customers have a safe shopping experience with Tooba. Our mission is to enhance the customer experience and to enable our customers in making informed decisions.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Conditions for Returns
- You may initiate the request for return of the Product if: (i) Product is damaged; (b) both the Product and shipping package have been damaged; (iii) Product is defective or is not in working condition; (iv) parts of the Product or accessory is missing; or (v) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Tooba Digital Platform; You shall initiate such requests for a return within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Product has not been used, cleaned or tampered with by you.
- The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories is intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
- The Product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
The following articles are not eligible for returns or exchange
- Cut Fabrics
- Custom made worktops & Assembled Products
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Policy for mattresses:
It takes time for you and your new mattress to get used to each other. That's why we give you 30 days to be sure you're compatible. If the chemistry isn't right, simply come back and choose another mattress. To avail the chance to change the mattress we require you to use the mattress for at least 30 days. We will only exchange the mattress once during this 90-day period. Please ensure that the mattress you want to exchange is in clean, hygienic and unstained condition. The mattress that you wish to exchange must be selected from our full price mattress range. If the new mattress is higher in price you will need to pay the difference, if the mattress you select is lower in price the difference will be refunded to you in the original method of payment.
Terms and Conditions apply:
- For returns or exchange of online orders, we insist customers share the pictures of the articles and the proof of purchase (invoice) with our Customer Support Center at info@tooba.in before the articles are accepted for returns or exchange by our Customer Support Center Co-workers.
- If the article is eligible to be returned, we suggest you pack the articles exactly in the same condition as you received it. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and track able mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
- Returns or Exchange Packaging: Retain the original packaging of the articles opened as the returns or exchange will be accepted only once the articles are packed in their original packaging as per the instructions provided.
- Returns or Exchange will be processed on presenting the original invoice only
- All refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment
- All refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of returns accepted by Tooba
Tooba Furniture Factory, India reserves the rights to reject/ refuse the returns and refunds in case:
- Articles are not in their original packaging
- If the articles are not repackaged in the same packing material and the Flexi box as received
- If the articles/ products received are not in the same condition as shown in the pictures shared with the Customer Support Center at the time of raising the request for returns.
